MiniSurvey is a freeware ASP-based tool which you can define surveys to collect information from the visitors of your site. Easy to use - almost nothing to customize, Only one vote per logon user (controlled by cookies), Graphical display for voters, and Additional Information on questions.

ASP Polls allow web site operators or any user to create a customizable poll and publish it to the web. Other users can then take the poll and see the current poll results. Includes a graph output of the poll results. There is very little in the way of documentation or support at this time.
